The women who run the Las Marias coffee co-op not only farm their beans, but wash, process and dry them, ready to ship to Fluid Coffee. These sisters definitely twisted the classic business model, by taking charge of their business and financial well being. Each bag of coffee comes marked with their dream of the future, written by one of the women in the co-op. Their mission is economic stability, family prosperity, generational renewal and respect. We believe they are accomplishing these goals and Fluid Coffee is proud to support these enterprising women. Twisted Sisters is grown in La Plata, Colombia between 1700 and 2000 meters. The crop comprises a mixture of Caturra and Castillo varietal beans, that we roast to a light City+ level.
