Shipping policy

terra20 uses Expedited Parcel and Priority Shipping services offered by Canada Post to guarantee fast and safe delivery of products to its customers. Orders placed outside of Ottawa are subject to a flat shipping rate depending on the province they are from.$15 Ontario and Québec and $30 all other provinces.

Online orders with a minimum purchase of $75 (after discounts and before tax) with a delivery address inside our Ottawa\Gatineau local delivery zone will be eligible for free shipping. Below is a list of postal codes that we deem as being inside our Ottawa\Gatineau local delivery zone:

All shipping costs are subject to applicable tax rates for the province and jurisdiction in which the items are being delivered.

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping cost is non-refundable

 You can return any contents of your order if you are dissatisfied in accordance with the details outlined in our Return Policy. If you would like to return an item please have it arranged to be sent back one of the two stores in Ottawa.
