                Shipping is free for local orders within Ottawa of $75 and over (before tax). 
15$ Ontario and Québec and 30$ all other provinces.
              
            
                Online orders with a minimum purchase of $75 (after discounts and before tax) with a delivery address inside our Ottawa\Gatineau local delivery zone will be eligible for free shipping. Below is a list of postal codes that we deem as being inside our Ottawa\Gatineau local delivery zone:

                For deliveries outside our zone we ship by Canada Post or UPS, and you can track your Expedited or Priority package with Canada Post's tracking tool. 
For Local deliveries we use our courier service
              
            
                Our goal at terra20 is to make sure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of products with the original receipt up to 30 days after the date of purchase. (Returns must be in original condition or unused before they can be accepted.)  
Returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original payment method. We do accept exchanges for unopened, unused products within 30 to 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on any products over 60 days.
              
            
                If you wish to return an online purchase, please contact us at onlineorders@terra20.com, or you can return the item at either of our locations.
              
            
                At this time, we only ship within Canada
              
            
                You’re welcome to return online purchases in-store within our standard return period.
You can also ship your return back to us. At this time, we do not provide a return shipping label, Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
              
            
                At terra20, we reuse the boxes we’ve received from our vendors and suppliers as much as we can. In addition to reusing boxes, we reuse packing paper and bubble wrap to ensure all delicate items arrive safely.
