Shipping is free and fast for any orders of $49 and over (before tax) for all of Canada.
If you want your terra20 goods lickety-split, we offer Priority delivery starting at $10.
We ship by Canada Post, and you can track your Expedited or Priority package with Canada Post's tracking tool.
Our goal at terra20 is to make sure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of products with the original receipt up to 30 days after the date of purchase. (Returns must be in original condition or unused before they can be accepted. Bedding, underwear and jewellery are final sale.) Gently used Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Beauty Bar products can be returned for a full refund up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Returns of unopened products between 30 and 90 days will be refunded on a terra20 gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any products over 90 days.

Yes! Online orders can be returned at any terra20 store location
At terra20, we reuse the boxes we’ve received from our vendors and suppliers as much as we can. In addition to reusing boxes, we reuse packing paper and bubble wrap to ensure all delicate items arrive safely.
