Upon reopening, any items purchased between March 1 and May 18, 2020 can be returned or exchanged in adherence to our policy below until July 19, 2020.
Unused, unopened, or original condition merchandise including Cosmetics, Personal Care, and Beauty Bar products accompanied by the original receipt can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase and can be exchanged up to 60 days after purchase.
Due to COVID-19 we no longer accept returns or exchanges on open or used cosmetics, personal care or beauty products. These items will now be final sale. All food sales are final unless there is a product quality standard issue.
Masks, bedding, pillows, pillowcases, underwear, feminine hygiene products, jewelry, food, supplements, and clearance items are also final sale.
All returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by a terra20 receipt. Refunds will be returned to the same tender type, i.e. the same credit or debit card as the original purchase. Money back refunds will not be provided after the allowable 30 day return period. Merchandise purchased with a terra20 gift card or returned with a gift enclosure receipt will be refunded on a terra20 gift card.
For audit purposes, terra20 asks that you provide us with your name, address, and telephone number before we process any exchanges or returns. Valid photo ID may be required.
Online purchases can be returned in-store or by mailing products back to our fulfillment center using the pre-paid return label which can sent to you by way of email. To request a pre-paid return label please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
