Fresh. Simple. Nutritious. Nettles are high in iron, calcium & vitamin C and contain a natural antihistamine beneficial for allergies and hay fever. Strengthening for heart, bladder, kidneys, blood and skin. Brewing Instructions: One generous teaspoon of dried herbs per cup of almost boiling water. For maximum benefit let this blend steep, covered, for at least 10 minutes. For delicious iced tea, let steep overnight in the fridge. Do not sure if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
