Toronto-based Crate 61 creates 100% natural skin care products that work. They take special effort to source the most premium natural and organic ingredients for their body balms, body butters, lip balms and soaps.

Why We Love Them

Crate 61 goes above and beyond to create truly superior products. They use shea butter imported directly from a community in Ghana that processes shea with no chemicals or additives. Their extra virgin olive oil comes from Crete, where no pesticides or fertilizers are used on the olive free fields. Beeswax is bought directly from members of the Ontario Beekeepers’ Association.

We’re big fans of this approach; it happens to yield some of our favourite lip balm flavours. Think peppermint lemongrass, vanilla and wild berries. There are even options with UVA/UVB protection. And, like all Crate 61 products, the balms are totally free of harmful chemicals.
