Single Variety Co - Morello Cherry Preserve 190ml

Intensely fruity, tart and absolutely packed with cherry pieces - our Morello Cherry Preserve is an autumn favourite here at the Jam Factory.

We use Morello cherries, which are sour and bitter, not great for eating fresh, but fantastic for preserving. We cook them for the shortest time possible to keep the vibrant cherry flavour, then add sugar to balance the tartness and a little lemon juice for acidity.

Morello cherries are naturally low in pectin, so this is a looser set preserve, perfect for spooning generously over yoghurt, porridge, or ice cream.
