• 2 x Rosemary Crackers for goats’ cheese
• 2x Wheat Rounds for brie cheese
• 2x Charcoal Squares for crumbly cheese
• 2x Bath Squares for blue cheese

ROSEMARY AND EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL CRACKERS: WHEAT Flour, Extra virgin olive oil 11%, Autolysed yeast, Rosemary 2%, Sea salt, Sodium bicarbonate (Raising agent).

WHEAT ROUNDS: WHEAT flour, Butter (29%) (MILK), Stoneground wholemeal flour (15%) (WHEAT), Soft brown sugar, Malt extract (BARLEY), Glucose syrup, Whey powder (MILK), Raising agent (Sodium bicarbonate), Emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), Salt.

CHARCOAL SQUARES: WHEAT flour, Butter (23%) (MILK), Whey powder (MILK), Malted BARLEY flour, Sugar, Charcoal powder (1%), Sea salt, Raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), Malted BARLEY extract.

BATH SQUARES: WHEAT Flour, Butter (MILK) 17%, Autolysed Yeast, Salt, Full Cream MILK Powder, Cream of Tartar, Sodium Bicarbonate.
