What is terra20 ecoRewards Program?

ecoRewards is terra20’s all new rewards program, powered by
ecoRewards makes healthy living easy AND rewarding, the simple, web-based app makes earning and redeeming your rewards in-store or online, quick and easy.

What are ‘leaves’?

‘leaves’ are the currency terra20 has chosen for our points system. 1 ‘leaf’ = 1 ‘point’.

What about Registered Guest Rewards?

Sometimes, change is good, and we know you’ll love terra20’s new simplified program.
That is why, as of May 12, 2022 we have retired our Registered Guest Rewards loyalty program and replaced it with the new ecoRewards.

What about rewards I earned under the previous program?

All credits issued under the previous RGR program on or before December 9, 2021 expired as of Feb 28, 2022.
leaves (points) for all purchases made after December 1, 2021 will be awarded according to the new program rules.

What is the effective date of the new ecoRewards Program?

The ecoRewards Program is effective May 12, 2022.
However, current RGR program members will receive credit for all purchases made since December 1, 2021.

Is there a fee to join the ecoRewards Program?

No, there is no fee to join or stay in the ecoRewards Program.

Is ecoRewards Program available internationally?

No, the rewards program is currently available for Canadian customers only.

How do I earn leaves leaves (points) in ecoRewards Program?

You can earn leaves (points) in these ways:

• 5,000 leaves (points) for signing up.
• Earn 100 leaves (points) per $1 spent on orders in-store and online.
• 500 leaves (points) for each social network where you follow us (must be clicked through from your rewards account).
• 500 leaves (points) for each product review or social post share, maximum two per 7 days.
• 10,000 leaves (points) in your birthday month.

How long does it take for my leaves (points) to appear in my account?

Please allow 72 hours for your leaves (points) to appear in your account.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Log into your rewards account, then click on the launcher button to open the rewards panel.
Next, click on All rewards. If you have enough leaves (points), click the Redeem button. To redeem leaves (points) on variable rewards, use the slider to select the number of leaves (points) you would like to spend, then click Redeem.

Do leaves (points) ever expire?

Yes. Leaves (points) expire in one rolling year from the date of a first qualifying purchase.
This policy goes into effect on December 1, 2021.

How will I learn when my leaves (points) are expiring?

You will receive a reminder email one month and three (3) days prior to the expiration.

I redeemed a reward but decided not to use it. Am I able to still use it and how do I access it?

Once you have redeemed your leaves (points) for a reward it will remain available in your rewards account until your next purchase.

Can I use my rewards leaves (points) at any time?

Almost! ecoRewards cannot be used in combination with other promotional codes.

What happens to my leaves (points) if I make a return?

The leaves (points) reward will be marked as redeemed.

What happens if I forget to log in to my account when checking out?

You must be logged into your account to earn leaves (points).

Can I earn leaves (points) on past purchases?

No, leaves (points) cannot be added to your account retroactively. You can earn leaves (points) on all future purchases when logged into your account.

Can I earn leaves (points) on purchases from other retailers or stores?

No. Leaves (points) are only earned on valid product purchases made directly from terra20 online and in-store.
