Aultman uses salvaged lumber from trees that are removed because they are dying, pose a risk to nearby buildings, vehicles or persons, or are interfering with development to create these beautiful, quality cutting boards.

Each piece starts with specially selected lumber, which is then shaped using a combination of hand and power tools. By the time it is complete, it has gone through hours of cutting, shaping, sanding and finishing. Finished with a non-toxic finish.
