We’re seeking a full-time Stockroom Associate based out of our Pinecrest store location with support provided to our other stores.


Roles & Responsibilities

As Stockroom Associate you’ll be an integral team player, assisting with the various daily operations of our fast-paced stockroom. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in the efficient and cost-effective operation of the functions listed below. Main duties include:

  • Order Fulfillment
    • picking, packing and fulfilling e-commerce, store transfers, and corporate orders
  • Receiving deliveries/ supplier trucks and entering data upon order verification
  • Performing inter-store deliveries and transfers using company vehicle


Other duties include:

  • Unpacking merchandise and carting for stocking
  • Data inputting for inventory file maintenance.
  • Performing merchandise cycle counts
  • Communication with terra20’s corporate team as well as providing customer service to our online and in store customers
  • Assisting with physical merchandising of the sales floor
  • Other duties as assigned


    Mandatory Requirements

    • Ability to regularly lift product and materials (up to 60 lbs) and at times while at low heights
    • A valid G Class Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract
    • Availability to work full-time weekday hours with occasional evenings or weekends
    • Punctual and reliable for all shifts assigned


    Preferred Experience/Skills

    • Interest or knowledge in sustainable products and/or business practices
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Time Management
    • Must be able to follow written and verbal direction
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize and problem solve
    • Ability to maintain a clean working environment
    • Experience working with a retail management system (RMS) an asset
    • Computer software skills and experience preferred
    • Retail sales and guest service experience is considered an asset
