How it works:

1. Order online and choose your Store Pickup at the terra20 of your choice (if you don't view your cart before checking out you will miss this step.)

2. You'll receive an email letting you know we received your order, then we'll send you another email letting you know when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Pickup times are Monday to Saturday 11am - 6pm, and Sunday 11am - 5pm. (Store hours for terra20 Orleans, Train Yards & Hintonburg are listed below)

4. When you arrive at terra20 Pinecrest to pickup your order, text 613-986-3700 your name, order #, and license plate. For terra20 Hintonburg please call 613-241-5420 when you arrive, for terra20 Train Yards please call 613-860-5656 when you arrive, and for terra20 Orleans please call 613-834-3111 when you arrive.

5. Have your ID ready and your trunk or door open.

6. An associate will check your ID through the window and place your order in your vehicle.

To ensure everyone’s safety please remain in your vehicle with a mask on. The time from when you place your order to when it’s ready may vary depending on order volume, but we’ll strive to have your order ready in 1 to 4 business days.
