How many items to you pick up, use, touch on a daily basis? We're guessing there is too many to count or even remember. Simple actions like using our phones or brushing our hair are second nature, but what's residing on their surface? We've rounded up eight items that you interact with on a daily basis that can often be a cozy home for germs when not cleaned on a regular basis.

1. Phone

95% of people’s cell phones and office telephones are covered in bacteria that causes skin infections, acne and bloodstream infections. Keep it clean by using a q-tip for earphone ports and plug ins, taking off the case and getting in all the corners and around the edges.

7. Garbage Can
