Recipe: Watermelon Slush

Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups fresh watermelon, seeded and cubed (about 1 pound)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 6-8 mint leaves
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a blender and purée on medium speed. Pour into the Slush and Shake Maker; stir until thick.
NOTE
Adjust the amount of agave nectar based upon the sweetness of your watermelon.
