Fruity Fish Pops

Makes 6 mini fish pops

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fresh ripe fruit, washed (such as blueberries, strawberries or mango)
  • 1/3 cup coconut water (or filtered water)

 

DIRECTIONS

Place fruit and coconut water into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour fruit mixture into fish pop molds up the fill line. Place fish pop handles into the correct cavities and freeze until firm. Gently un-mold the fish pops, pushing up from the bottom of each cavity. Serve immediately.
