- 1 ½ cups Egg Replacer
- 5 1/2 cups Milk of choice (Low-Fat Milk, Coconut Beverage, Almond Milk)
- 1/2 cup Cane Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg, (plus additional for garnish)
- 1/3 cup Dark Spiced Rum (optional)
Whisk together all ingredients in bowl or pitcher. Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
Serve garnished with nutmeg.
Note: Cane sugar may be substituted with agave syrup, honey, coconut sugar, or other sweetener of choice. Bare in mind some alternatives may be more or less sweet.
