Dark Chocolate Seed & Fruit Bark
Ingredients
- 200g Dark Chocolate (2 Bars)
- 2 Tbsp Organic Dried Cranberries
- 2 Tbsp Organic Dried Currants
- 2 Tbsp Organic Raisins
- 2 Tbsp Organic Coconut
- 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
Directions
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler, or in microwave at 30 second intervals stirring after each.
- Pour melted chocolate on a parchment or silicon pad lined baking sheet and spread into a thin layer.
- Sprinkle all other ingredients over melted chocolate while still warm. Lightly press the toppings into chocolate.
- Refrigerate chocolate bark until hard, then break into bite size pieces.
