  • 200g Dark Chocolate (2 Bars)
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Dried Cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Dried Currants
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Raisins
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds



  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler, or in microwave at 30 second intervals stirring after each.
  2. Pour melted chocolate on a parchment or silicon pad lined baking sheet and spread into a thin layer.
  3. Sprinkle all other ingredients over melted chocolate while still warm. Lightly press the toppings into chocolate.
  4. Refrigerate chocolate bark until hard, then break into bite size pieces.
