Chocolate Sunbutter Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 400ml can Light Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Sunbutter
  • 4 Tbsp Coco Powder
  • 3-4 Tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

 

Directions

  1. In a medium size bowl whisk together: Sunbutter, honey, and coco powder with a few tablespoons of the coconut milk to blend. Whisk in remaining coconut milk.
  2. Add chia seeds to  mixture and whisk to blend.
  3. Refrigerate pudding for 6 hours or overnight.
