- 1 400ml can Light Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp Sunbutter
- 4 Tbsp Coco Powder
- 3-4 Tbsp Raw Honey
- 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
- In a medium size bowl whisk together: Sunbutter, honey, and coco powder with a few tablespoons of the coconut milk to blend. Whisk in remaining coconut milk.
- Add chia seeds to mixture and whisk to blend.
- Refrigerate pudding for 6 hours or overnight.
